Coaching

We recognise that having the best customer strategies in the world does not necessarily address the people side of the equation. Fullstream coaching provides a process for taking the individual from where he or she is to where he or she wants to be. This process also works for intact teams. In coaching individuals or teams, our intention is to provide an inspiring space in which the individual or team can stretch, move and ultimately achieve flow.

The Fullstream coaching methodology draws on the principles of NLP1 and Psychosynthesis2, and combines this with the own life experiences and varied, hands-on business knowledge and experiences of our coaches.

Our coaching methodology uses the Tamhnach LifeCircle (www.lifecircle.ie) work-life balance self-analysis tool as reference point for the conversation.

We believe that every individual is resourceful and creative, and has the ability to draw on his or her inner wisdom and it is our desire that individuals and teams achieve their optimal being.

Fullstream Coaching & Mentoring

We can support individuals both face-to-face and online. Sessions are structured according to your needs and requirements.

1NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is the process of understanding how the individual organises his or her thinking, feeling language and behaviour to generate the results he or she does. At its core it suggests we form our unique internal mental maps of the world around us as a result of the way we filter and perceive information through our five senses. NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.

2Psychosynthesis (in layman’s terms) involves the process of self-realization and personal growth in individuals. It draws on the vast potential that exists within each individual – potential that often remains untapped. Psychosynthesis is about achieving wholeness in the individual and it recognizes that the person is also part of many different groups and communities, for example family, friends, work teams, organisations, and so on. Psychosynthesis was developed by Roberto Assagioli, MD (1888–1974).
